Short answer- Nope! Longer answer- Wild Rose Physio is an out-of-network cash based physical therapy practice. You will pay for your visit at time of service (check or cash is preferred, but card is just fine- feel free to use your HSA or FSA funds!), and you will be provided with a superbill. You may submit the superbill to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement.

No! Idaho is an unrestricted access state for PT. Feel free to fax any medical records you would like me to have to (208) 242-4018. Collaboration with your healthcare team is welcomed and appreciated.

Unfortunately, Medicare and Medicaid inhibit your ability to pay cash for physical therapy services outside of their network. Pure insurance shenanigans, but it’s the law of the land in all 50 states. If you find a cash based PT who says otherwise, they don’t have a good enough lawyer. You can NOT schedule with me at Wild Rose if you subscribe to any federal or state funded insurance plan (including Medicare advantage plans, Molina, and Apple Health). APRIL 2025 UPDATE- In a great new community partnership, Medicare and Medicaid patients can be scheduled at Gritman Therapy Solutions for pelvic health PT in Moscow, Idaho. Please have your doctor send a PT referral to Gritman (NOT Wild Rose) and the staff at GTS will get you scheduled.

Your first visit will be scheduled for 90 minutes, ensuring that we have time for a complete history, exam, and treatment on the first day. Plan to come as you are- and feel free to bring a partner if you want extra support. Children are welcome; a cozy nook with books and toys is waiting just for them.
